Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To use this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is only active for a set period; once it expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is complete.
• If another active bonus is present in the account when claiming a new bonus offer, the new bonus may not apply.
• 77jaya reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through misuse or fraud.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to a third-party account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

77jaya offers betting across slots, live casino, cricket betting, fishing games, and other categories. Each category's game provider follows its own rules.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, the bet placed in that round will be settled at 77jaya's discretion.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the game provider's logs and our server records will be considered final.
• 77jaya will not be liable for any bet lost due to network issues or device failure.

Cricket and Sports Betting

In the cricket betting section, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international matches. Certain markets may close after a match begins. Stakes will be returned for cancelled matches or events.

VIP Programme

Based on regular play, members can enjoy VIP benefits across four tiers — starting from Bronze, then Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid on net losses: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum. For example, a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, 77jaya may suspend an account temporarily or close it permanently without prior notice:

• Breach of any clause of these terms.
• If it is proven that false or misleading information was provided during registration.
• If there is suspicion of involvement in money laundering or fraud.
• If documents requested for identity verification are not submitted within the specified time.
• If the member submits a written request to close the account.

Funds after account closure

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any forfeitable bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited. However, the original amount legitimately deposited (if not directly connected to the terms violation) will be settled at 77jaya's discretion.

11 Liability Limitations

77jaya will not be liable for losses arising from the following situations:

• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to internet connection disruption, power outage, or a technical problem with the device.
• If a transaction is affected by a delay or error on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If your account information is exposed due to your own negligence, resulting in unauthorised use.
• If the service is disrupted due to a natural disaster, cyber attack, or any other circumstance beyond our control.

If any loss occurs due to a platform service error, 77jaya's liability will be limited solely to the amount of the bet placed in that specific transaction.

12 Right to Amend Terms

77jaya reserves the right to partially or fully change, amend, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website or attempt to inform members by email.

Dispute Resolution

Precedence of Terms
